Hi there! I’m Michael. I’m a Toronto-based marketing communications professional.

Prior to moving to Toronto, I lived in Shanghai for nearly 15 years, where worked as both a project manager and communications manager.

In my most recent position, I led the international marketing communications team at one of the top business schools in Asia. I’ve also worked with brands such as Education First, Disney and Porsche.

I currently serve as a PR manager with the American Marketing Association (AMA) and I’m pursuing a master’s degree in marketing at Schulich School of Business (York University).

When I’m not doing marketing stuff, I spend my time blogging about Canadian cinema, exploring the great outdoors or relaxing at home with a good book.
