Interview: Gianpaolo Lupori

I recently sat down to talk with Italian director and cinematographer Gianpaolo Lupori as part of a series of arts features for Shanghai 247.

Since coming to China in 2005, Lupori has shot nearly half-a-dozen independent films including Meatspace (2006), Dark Moon (2007), and Roving Dreams (2010) and is currently wrapping up post-production on his latest project, Nighthawks (2013). His work explores questions of personal expression, urbanism, and the impact of technology on Chinese culture and society.

You can check out the complete interview here.
